I wore this ensemble out this week for what I thought was going to be an early birthday dinner date with my fiancé. Last year he gave me my first pair of Louboutin’s and I wore them to celebrate their 1st birthday as well! Again, I have issues. He took pictures of me on our walk to dinner and when we got to the restaurant, some of my good friends were waiting there for a birthday dinner party! He is definitely full of surprises this year and I couldn’t feel more lucky. ♥
